Nanda Kishor Mandal

Nanda Kishor Mandal is the leader of Skill Lab, a career tech platform that provides white-labeled career guidance, readiness, and employment linkage services. Operating in Nepal, Bangladesh, the Philippines, and the Netherlands, Skill Lab serves schools, colleges, corporates, and local governments to prepare students and employees for future opportunities. Under his leadership, the company has raised funding from angel investors to scale its revenue footprint and expand its technology, with plans to enter markets in Sri Lanka, Malaysia, and Vietnam.

Prior to his work with Skill Lab, Nanda accumulated extensive experience in entrepreneurship, education, and venture development. He graduated from Delhi University in 2007, worked in a call center for four years, and managed cooperatives for the Hinduja group in India before returning to Nepal in 2014. He has worked with Kings College, worked in entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship policy for the Russian government, and spent two years working remotely for the Taiwanese government. Nanda is also an alumnus of the INSEAD business school and is a father of two.
