Gyanendra Khadka

Gyanendra Khadka is a serial entrepreneur and the CEO and founder of the global online travel aggregator Excel Trip and the e-commerce platform Gapu.com. Over a career spanning more than seventeen years, Khadka has built a reputation for his relentless work ethic, routinely working up to eighteen hours a day across his various international and domestic enterprises. He founded Excel Trip in America in 2016, scaling it to offer over 1.5 million hotels and four hundred airlines worldwide before launching Excel Trip Nepal in late 2019 to help boost the country's tourism sector.

In response to changing market needs, Khadka launched the self-funded online marketplace Gapu.com, quickly expanding its operations and in-house engineering team during the lockdown in Nepal. Beyond travel and e-commerce, he is heavily involved in the fintech and blockchain space, operating his own blockchain wallet, Excel Pay, alongside various trading platforms and tokens. Khadka practices situational leadership, emphasizing the need for instant decision-making, data security, and scalable technology, while maintaining that business investment is not a risky game but a strategic opportunity for success.
