Surya Aryal

Surya Aryal is a technology entrepreneur originally from Butwal who relocated to Kathmandu to build his career in the IT sector. He began his professional journey as the first employee of a joint-venture ERP company, specializing in technical customization and implementation. In 2008, Aryal and his co-founder established Agile, a technology company focused on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. Over the course of fifteen years, he has helped scale the company from a small team of seven people to an organization of over 55 employees, successfully navigating early market resistance and strict vendor compliance targets.

At Agile, Aryal oversees the delivery of ERP, CRM, and business intelligence solutions built primarily on the Microsoft technology stack. He has spearheaded the development of specialized industry add-ons for the automobile, trading, and non-profit sectors, and recently led the creation of a Microsoft-approved, localized SaaS ERP version tailored to Nepal's tax and legal regulations. With Agile now operating largely on autopilot, Aryal focuses on expanding affordable cloud plans for small and medium enterprises while exploring new ventures within the technology ecosystem.
