Sadiksha Thapa

Sadiksha Thapa is the talent manager at MNS, a scale-up platform and venture builder that helps startups grow by investing both human and financial capital. In her role, she redefines traditional human resources by focusing on team development, productivity, and mental well-being, treating employees as valuable talents rather than mere resources. She serves as a mediator between company CEOs and team members, utilizing tools like key performance indicators and psychological contracts to align expectations and foster a healthy, collaborative work environment.

Thapa holds an MBA from Kings College and completed her bachelors degree at Tri Chandra. She began her career as a volunteer advocating for women rights with Akwai Baluwatar and campaigning with Bibeksheel, later co-founding the youth-focused social enterprise Open Space Nepal. Her diverse professional journey also includes working in real estate at Brihat and spending over a year at Khalti, where she led the Smart Chhori project to promote digital and financial literacy among adolescent girls.
