Ms. Tripti Giri

Ms. Tripti Giri is the General Manager of Team Quest, the company that owns and manages the QFX Cinemas brand in Nepal. In her leadership role, which functions similarly to a chief executive officer, she reports directly to the board and supervises a company-wide team of over three hundred employees. She oversees the strategic operations, franchise management, and technological advancements of QFX Cinemas, which operates on a franchisor-franchisee business model. Giri works closely with her team to analyze data, optimize show schedules, manage vendor relations, and enhance the overall digital and physical customer experience across their theater locations.

Before stepping into corporate leadership in Nepal, Giri spent ten years living and studying abroad. She attended United World College in Hong Kong on a scholarship for two years before moving to the United States, where she spent four years in Missouri and four years in San Jose, California. She earned a bachelor's degree in math and physics and later completed a master's degree in engineering management. Upon returning to Nepal in January 2019, she initially worked on a USAID post-earthquake reconstruction project before transitioning into the private sector to lead Team Quest.
