Minendra Rijal

Dr. Minendra Prasad Rijal is a leader and central committee member of the Nepali Congress. He serves as the chairperson of Apex College, an institution he helped establish in the year 2000 and has led continuously for over two decades. Dr. Rijal holds a PhD from a business school with a minor in computer science, and his extensive career spans the fields of business education, strategic management, and public service.

Recently focusing his efforts on academic instruction, Dr. Rijal designed a specialized course at Apex College titled Business and Economics Kaleidoscope: The Imperatives for Asking Socratic Questions. He is an avid reader and thinker who deeply engages with literature on global economics, political history, and the societal impacts of artificial intelligence. Through his teaching, he seeks to bridge his experiences in public life with academic inquiry, encouraging students to critically analyze the evolving global political economy.
