Keshma Thapa, CEO of K.B. Agro, returned to Nepal after studying Philosophy, Politics, and Economics in the UK to scale her family’s industrial legacy. A hands on leader, she works closely with her factory team and has learned the technical side of the business herself. She believes Nepal’s diaspora and young entrepreneurs can return, collaborate, and drive the country’s next private sector-led economic growth.
