Bibhushan Sharma
Bibhushan Sharma is a Nepali entrepreneur who began his business journey after completing his bachelor's degree, driven by a desire to build ventures in his home country. His early projects included Soch Soch, a study library for USMLE candidates, and Todphod, a unique smash-and-break entertainment concept in Tripureshwor inspired by his travels to Los Angeles. Through Todphod, which gained widespread free media coverage and recovered its initial investment in the first month, he mastered the art of viral marketing and generating public buzz. He also ran a digital marketing agency, an experience that deepened his understanding of targeted online advertising and data-driven results.
Currently, Sharma is the co-founder of Kef, a Turkish-inspired ice cream brand launched in 2021. After initially operating as a franchisee for an Indian company with outlets in Bhatbhateni, he and his partner transitioned to creating their own independent brand following the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. Kef currently operates under a white-label model with premium Platinum and regular Gold product lines, and is actively transitioning to direct manufacturing with the construction of its own production factory. Alongside his physical businesses, Sharma maintains a strong digital presence, utilizing his TikTok platform of over 50,000 followers to share business-centric content and document his entrepreneurial experiences.
