Ahmed Dulla

Ahmed Dulla is the founder of TFT (The Factory Team), a shoe brand with retail locations in Labim Mall and Durbarmarg. He began his entrepreneurial path around the age of 21 or 22, initially building his first brand, Dulla, which he ran independently for eight years before parting ways with it due to a family dispute. Under his leadership, TFT has evolved into a highly regarded brand known for its quality footwear, care kits, and after-sales services. Although he initially focused exclusively on women's shoes, he expanded into men's footwear in 2014, which has since grown to become a highly successful segment of his business, particularly his wedding collections.

Dulla is a hands-on leader who believes in starting from scratch and has personally performed tasks ranging from shoe cleaning to repairs to train his team. He advocates for patience, organic business growth, and a practical approach to entrepreneurship, emphasizing that learning from failure is essential to achieving success. Beyond his business, Dulla frequently shares his raw experiences with students at schools and colleges to teach practical, real-world business skills. He is also a strong proponent of digital sensitivity, actively speaking out against online trolling and urging social media users to practice empathy and responsibility.
