Sisan Baniya
Sisan Baniya is an entrepreneur, filmmaker, and vlogger who has spent more than a decade building a diverse portfolio of creative and business ventures. He is the driving force behind Paradigm, a branded house that originally started in event management, wedding videography, and music videos before evolving to encompass Paradigm TV, Paradigm Music, and the clothing line Babal Wears. Beyond media production, Baniya has been active in the food and hospitality sector since 2019. He has co-founded and invested in several restaurant brands, including Next Fast Food, Gardens, and Chiya, with plans to launch new Tibetan, Dal Bhat, and Momo concepts in Nepal and international markets like Australia and New York.
Recently, Baniya has channeled his energy into the sports sector through the Paradigm Sports Network, also known as PSN. Through this distribution platform, he promotes and broadcasts local sports tournaments, working closely with athletes in futsal, basketball, and mixed martial arts to help them gain visibility and global opportunities. To fund these sports initiatives and sustain his media operations, Baniya is focused on building international alliances and establishing digital paywalls for viewers abroad. His ultimate creative ambition is to leverage his distribution network and production experience to create impactful sports documentaries and eventually direct a major action film.
