SANTOSH KOIRALA

Santosh Koirala began his professional journey in December 2002 as a trainee and junior accountant at D2 Hakai, which later became Kotivity. Despite an initially challenging academic record, he went on to earn both his bachelor's and master's degrees in Management while working. Over his nearly two-decade tenure at the company, he expanded his expertise from basic accounting to human resources, administrative management, and compliance, eventually serving as the Company Secretary and collaborating with various government agencies. His career culminated in a pivotal role overseeing day-to-day operations and administrative management for the company's Nepal division, where he worked directly with United States higher management and managed operations supporting over 350 engineers.

After seventeen years of corporate experience, Koirala transitioned into the startup ecosystem by launching a management consulting firm dedicated to helping IT startups scale and improve their corporate governance. This work led him to co-found Tech Craft, a collaborative platform that unites five distinct IT companies and several prominent tech professionals under a single brand. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Tech Craft, Koirala leads a combined force of over 150 engineers across multiple verticals, including cybersecurity, software development, and data analytics, with the long-term vision of strengthening Nepal's IT industry on a global scale.
