Nitin Sethi

Nitin Sethi currently heads the digital practices at Indigo Airlines, where he drives digital transformation and manages a team of fifty-five in-house professionals. Operating as an intrapreneur within the company, he has established core practices ranging from user experience design and product management to digital marketing and analytics. With two decades of experience in the digital economy, Sethi is also dedicated to mentoring the next generation of innovators and is on a mission to create ten thousand design thinkers.

Sethi began his professional journey at the age of nineteen at Bharti Airtel and went on to co-found his first software venture. He spent eight and a half years at Info Edge helping build prominent brands like Naukri.com, 99acres, and Jeevansathi, and later held key roles at Yatra and Quikr, where he led successful verticalization and acquisition efforts. Additionally, he was a founding member of Babyoye, which was acquired by Mahindra Retail and FirstCry, and he continues to prioritize his development by investing ten percent of his annual salary back into his personal growth.
