Manish Jha

Manish Jha is a multi-dimensional entrepreneur and executive who serves as the CEO of Facts Nepal. He is also the president of Nushan, the coordinator for PNY 2020 Province 2, and the vice president of the Nepal Hockey Association, where he is currently serving his second term. Jha began his professional journey from scratch in Kathmandu, working in poster pasting and marketing before transitioning into reporting for national dailies like the Janakpur Express. Despite initial academic struggles in his BBA program after moving from Nepali-medium schooling in Janakpur, he went on to complete master's degrees in three subjects and attended three different universities abroad.

In addition to his corporate leadership, Jha has a rich background in sports and creative writing. He is a former hockey player who competed across various cities in Nepal and was on the verge of playing internationally before the Kargil war halted the event, and he also trained in Shokukai karate up to a blue belt. Guided by a family legacy of writers and musicians, Jha is a passionate advocate for Maithili culture and frequently writes articles and poetry. Looking ahead, he plans to leverage his diverse experience in the private and public sectors to transition into politics within the next five years.
